On finalisation of the design concept, preparation of submission drawings and accompanying documentation, either for Development or Section 96 Applications to Council or Complying Development Applications to a private certifier.
Including discussions with Council Planners, responding to neighbour’s objections (if any) and amending design if required.
If Council approval is obtained, liaising with consultants (structural, storm water etc) and certifier to obtain.
Main architectural, joinery, kitchen, bathroom, electrical, door and window schedules, specifications etc, for tendering and construction purposes.
From builders on behalf of the clients, assessing tenders and helping clients arrive at a decision regarding selection of a builder administering building contracts, including site inspections.
