Meet the director

Demis’ interest and passion for architecture were inherited from his father, whose architectural career inspired and motivated him. After completing his Bachelor of Architecture degree in India, Demis came to Australia to undertake his Master’s degree.

A role within a local architecture firm in Bondi became fifteen years of invaluable experience and local planning knowledge before the transition to founding HecticrAt and the chance to deliver designs that express joy and connection to nature through the building blocks of daylight, breeze, and greenery.

Today, HecticrAt embodies Demis’ unwavering commitment to making each client happy and proudly serves Sydney and the surrounding suburbs with designs of the highest quality and standard.
